Centenary Stampede saw Guides and Senior Section members travel across at least six European countries between 27 July and 9 August, completing challenges at each stage.
The tasks ranged from wacky to adventurous, including eating 100 ice-creams in Italy and climbing a mountain in Austria.
The event started at the British Embassy in Paris, where the teams met the British ambassador, and finished with all the groups returning to Birmingham on 9 August.
Liz Burnley, chief Guide of Girlguiding UK, said: "Events like the Centenary Stampede are ultimately a real challenge and allow our members to develop an abundance of self-confidence in the process."
