Funding: Government will help Prince's Trust

Bill Rammell, the minister for higher education and lifelong learning, said he is holding meetings with The Prince's Trust and the Learning and Skills Council, which funds the programme.

"The trust has had some difficulties with funding," he said. "But the council has indicated that 11m will be available to help support the programme in 2005-06."

A Prince's Trust spokesman said: "The future delivery of Team is at risk in some areas."
