The Prisoners' Families Helpline has received a 292,000 grant from the Big Lottery Fund to enable it to continue to offer its services to families that have a member in prison. The helpline is co-ordinated by the national charity Action For Prisoners' Families and run by Ormiston Children and Families Trust and Partners of Prisoners' and Families Support Group.
