An 800,000 lottery grant will enable a Glasgow-based scheme for families with disabled children to double the special needs childcare places it provides. Caring Operations Joint Action Council children's club is one of three projects in Scotland to be awarded cash from the Big Lottery Fund's New Opportunities for Childcare programme.
