Funding brief: Ballot for Liverpool young people

Young people across Liverpool are to vote on how 800,000 for youth activities should be managed and handed out. The city council was awarded the money from the Government's Youth Opportunities Fund. David Bentley and Nicola Hunter, both members of the city's youth council, helped launched the ballot last week.
