Fostering People plans to operate new services in the North East, North West, London and the South of England, following its regional success.
Children placed through the agency since it was set up eight years ago have consistently achieved higher than average educational outcomes. The agency's placement stability figures are also higher than the average for England.
Sally Melbourne, managing director of Fostering People, said the organisation's model works because it focuses on close partnerships with local authorities. "Our plan is to bring our model to even more local authorities in urban areas," she said.
