Faith-based: Youth for Christ moves head office

Youth for Christ has opened a new 880,000 head office in Halesowen, Birmingham.

The new centre was formally opened by the Archbishop of York on 28 October and will allow the faith-based organisation to locate more of its staff in one place. The new building is based on a business park and has several new facilities, including a training centre for youth workers and administration staff.

The charity has expanded its work within schools and prisons over the past few years. Funding for the centre came entirely from voluntary donations.
