Equality Youth debate staged at House of Commons

Social Care Youth Work
Thirty-five young people aged 16 to 20 took part in a youth debate organised by the Equality and Human Rights Commission at the House of Commons last month.

The event will help shape similar debates across England, Scotland and Wales as part of the commission's Generation without Prejudice programme. The main points raised were young people needing to take positive action and improving the media portrayal of teenagers.
