The project would let students stay at the same institution from thebeginning of secondary school to the end of university. It aims todevelop resources in deprived areas of Cornwall and encourage youngpeople to progress to further and higher education.
Cornwall County Council, local secondary schools, Cornwall College andthe University of Plymouth have submitted proposals for two sites.
