2.1% of primary pupils with special educational needs statements inJanuary 2004 (1.6 per cent in England)

0.23% of the school population was excluded permanently in 2003/04 (0.13per cent in England)

Harrow's last Ofsted report said the LEA had good relationships with itsschools but had "significant weaknesses" in aspects of its SENprovision.
