
You could call me biased having been born and bred in east London. However, to me and many others, the area sets the standards in terms of how it is constantly trying — people are always striving for the best despite it being an area with quite high rates of poverty. It also sets the standards in terms of how multicultural it is. It is basically an advert for how all other areas should be: a mix of people from across the world.
It is largely because of these two reasons that there is acceptance in the area, people appreciate everything they have and where they have come from. In addition, I would simply work my hardest to drive the area out of poverty.
