The Clinic is part of BBC 1Xtra's month-long social action campaign, Between The Sheets - A Month In Bed With 1Xtra.
Hundreds of young people aged 13 to 25 go to the sexual health clinic in Harlow Town, Essex. They can get condoms, be shown how to use them, be tested for sexually transmitted infections and get an abortion without parental consent.
Listeners hear from the young people, the staff who treat them, and the critics who accuse the clinic of encouraging teenagers to become sexually active at too young an age. To get involved with discussions and debates on the campaign, go to www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra.
