The Me2 campaign is part of the charity's three-year strategy, which also proposes personal development courses to help deaf children develop communication skills and confidence.
The campaign will also work to advise organisations on how to cater for deaf children and will launch a website designed by deaf children for deaf children.
Comments from more than 1,500 deaf children and young people helped inform the charity's new direction. More than half the children surveyed said they were denied chances to engage with hearing peers, which helped inspire the campaign.
