The photo, Art is Not a Crime, was produced by looked-after young people from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames with the help of a professional photographer. The image was one of a series shown to key opinion-formers at the launch of Create to Educate, a scheme that aims to highlight the quality of artwork those living in care can produce. A similar event was held in Birmingham yesterday (4 December).
