Requests for a child's educational records can be made by a parent or other person with parental responsibility in writing to the head teacher, stating that you are making a formal request for disclosure under the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Data Protection (Subject Access) (Fees and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2000.
