How much is on offer? A total of £30m is available through the programme. The majority of this will be in the form of large grants to support the testing or implementation of worked-up proposals - for example part-funding pilots, or local authority change programmes. But financial support is also available in the form of small "seed grants", of up to £10,000, to support the development of innovative proposals. Further support - including brokering partnerships, addressing regulatory barriers, providing evaluations or arranging professional support - will also be provided through the programme.
