Children's Services: Government looks for senior advisers

Around 30 senior strategic children's advisers, charged with forging partnerships between local authorities and the health sector, are to be appointed in England.

The Department of Health and Department for Education and Skills areboth advertising for the 75,000-a-year positions. The posts willhelp implement national and local priorities across children'sservices.
