What does it do? The centre, which has 2,000 children aged under five on its books, offers a health visiting service, parent play sessions, pre-school for children aged three to five, a father and child group, and a play and learn zone with a speech therapist. In addition, the centre offers a Freedom Programme, which offers support sessions for victims of domestic violence. Highfields also offers a pregnancy testing service.
