Children & Young People Now Awards 2015: Step forward the class of 2015

The Children & Young People Now Awards represent the gold standard in services for children, young people and families across the UK. They recognise the most innovative and effective work in transforming young lives and building a better society.

Too much of this work goes unnoticed and unappreciated - these awards set to put that right and spread good practice.

Now in their 10th year, there are 22 categories open to individuals, teams and projects from across the UK. As ever, entries must be able to provide robust evidence that demonstrates the impact of the work.

All entries need to be submitted online at www.cypnowawards.com. You can also upload supporting materials to your online entry, or post them separately to us, stating clearly the entry it is accompanying.

This year's gala awards ceremony will take place in central London, on the evening of Thursday 26 November.
