Al Aynsley-Green, who will launch the week on 21 November, will publish a booklet setting out what he thinks young people should be able to expect from peers and adults to manage and reduce bullying.
The theme of this year's week, organised by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, is the involvement of children and young people in tackling bullying.
Alliance member Beatbullying will unveil a peer support training programme on 25 November, in partnership with Girlguiding UK. Other youth-led projects launched during the week include a pocket guide to bullying produced by young people in Cambridge. Youth workers will be trained to use the guide as a discussion tool.
