BEST THING I EVER DID: Keeley Lawson, 16, Lancashire

The aim is to make young people more employable in the future. It helps us develop personal skills and gives us a taster of the real world. It has made me realise that I can't just kick off with anyone or fall out with them when I'm at work. It also makes it possible for me to help other young people who are looked after.

So far I have got an AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance) unit award. Qualifications were something I never thought I would have. But the best thing is getting a wage packet that I've worked hard for.
