It all started after I had finished college and volunteered at a Mind charity shop while working towards my Duke of Edinburgh gold award.
Then, while searching on the internet last year, I came across Winged Fellowship, a charity that organises breaks for disabled people and carers, and became involved.
Last summer, I started work for the Woodspring Association for Blind People, where I am a home helper. And since January, I have been working as a reading helper at Bournville Junior School. I am also involved with St John Ambulance and Crusaders.
