Press pack A six-strong team of young people tried their hand at journalism during the Labour Party conference last week, quizzing politicians and producing a daily newsletter during the five-day event. The young reporters, brought together by Barnardo's, interviewed several of Labour's leading lights, including youth minister Margaret Hodge and Home Office minister Baroness Scotland. The group, aged 14 to 20, also quizzed Cherie Booth, president of Barnardo's (all pictured above with workers from Barnardo's). The young people spent the day at debates and meetings before putting together their newsletter, Young People's Voice, which was distributed to conference delegates the next day.
