The Choose Youth campaign, which is made up of 30 national youth sector organisations, is hoping the day of banner making, lobbying and workshops will culminate in young people taking part in a mass silent disco.
The aim of the event is to get young people and those concerned about young people’s services to meet with their local MPs.
Len McCluskey, general secretary of Unite, said: "What this government is doing to our young people is nothing short of scandalous. One million young people without work, tuition fees trebled, the education maintenance allowance axed – a litany of misery made worse by the demolition of the services that provide the support they need to overcome these challenges.
