Sadiq Khan's new "fare deal for care leavers" will be open to care leavers aged 18 to 25.

Those eligible will pay half price for journeys across the capital which includes the mayor's Hopper Fare which allows unlimited bus and tram travel within one hour for the price of a single trip.

The measure is designed to support care leavers transitioning into adulthood.
