Shadow children's minister Tim Loughton and shadow Children's Secretary Michael Gove, are expected to be joined by around 70 people including key charity figures and the Children's Commissioner.
The session, in Westminster, will be an opportunity for attendees to grill the team on their priorities if they seize power at the next election.
Topics open for discussion will include the party's National Citizen Service programme and the party's stance on issues including child protection and youth engagement.
Loughton said: "We are getting swamped with people wanting to speak to us about our policies and priorities. This will be an opportunity for people to ask us questions and for us to have a run down on aspects of our policy."
