The raids took place across London this week as part of Operation Blunt 2, which was set up last year to tackle knife crime and youth violence.
The 11-year-old boy from south London was arrested on suspicion of robbery. The oldest person arrested was aged 22.
Other offences in which arrests were made included serious assault, violent disorder, aggravated burglary and supplying drugs. A firearm and eight dangerous dogs were also seized by police during the raids.
At one address, £85,000 - believed to be from the proceeds of crime - was recovered.
Assisting local officers in the raids were representatives from the UK Border Agency, safer neighbourhood teams, school officers and the specialist dogs unit.
