Podcast offers practical insight for SEND professionals

A new podcast aimed at professionals working with children with special educational needs and disabilities provides practical insights, tips and discussion around practice within the sector.

The podcast, produced by The Send Network and hosted by the platform's India Dunkley, welcomed its first guest Gary Aubin, head of SEND at Future Academies Multi Academy Trust last Wednesday (3 May). Aubin has worked as a SEND coordinator (SENDCO) across primary and secondary schools and supports schools to be evidence-informed in their practice for students with SEND as part of his content specialist role for the Education Endowment Foundation.

He is also the author of the Lone SENDCO and the SEND Matters Blog.
