The Jack Petchey Foundation is funding London Youth to create ‘A Jack Petchey Adventure’, a two-night residential with the capacity for 1,000 people.

The residentials will take place outside of London in the English countryside, either at London Youth’s centre Hindleap Warren, found within 300 acres of the Ashdown Forest, or Woodrow High House, a grade II listed manor house in the Chilterns.

The outdoor adventures will allow young people aged 11 to 25 to take part in opportunities, including learning new skills, building teamwork and spending more time in the great outdoors.

Research by the Jack Petchey Foundation shows that such provision is sorely needed after the Covid-19 pandemic
