
The former Health Secretary told CYP Now that he had contributed to the review using his own experiences of being dyslexic after being diagnosed at Oxford University when he was 18.
Hancock said he had “already been in contact with ministers in the department in terms of shaping the review” which he expects will be published “in the next couple of months”.
“When published, I know the SEND Review is going to be highly consultative because I know that the Department for Education wants to take steps in consultation with the whole SEND community,” he added.
