The 12th CYP Now Early Help conference will host some of the country’s leading experts in family support and prevention services including a keynote presentation from Helen Lincoln, executive director for children, families and education at Essex County Council, who leads on family and community issues for the Association of Directors of Children’s Services.

Lincoln will be explaining how to create the right conditions for success in family help in light of reforms to children’s social care services included in the government’s Keeping Children Safe, Helping Families Thrive policy paper and measures in Stable Homes Built on Love policy paper by the previous government.
