Catch22’s lead Property and Housing Tutor, Stuart Shield has been named as the winner of Property Management 50 (PM50)’s Influencer Award which recognises excellence in residential property management.

Catch22, a social mobility business working in disadvantaged communities, has supported more than 150 apprentices across levels three and four in Housing and Property Management, and has worked with more than 30 housing employers. During the programme.

Delivered in line with the government’s apprenticeship standard, apprentices learn general law, leasehold finance, land and built environment and customer service.

The judges described Stuart as “much more than a tutor”.
