Businesses support children’s happiness campaign in run up to Christmas

A children’s charity with a focus on ensuring vulnerable children experience fun and happiness is being supported by businesses during the festive season.

Organisations are teaming up to support KidsOut, a children's charity committed to bringing joy and gifts to vulnerable children.

The Mark Allen Group, publishers of CYP Now, and its internal foundation, the Mark Allen Foundation (MAF), have collaborated to support the charity’s aim to create a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children.

KidsOut operates with a clear mission to “give disadvantaged children positive experiences to support them becoming future members of our society and workforce”.

The initiative to support KidsOut during the festive season was driven by the co-chairs of MAF, Jessica Sutton and Simon Edmands.

Understanding the challenges faced by both children and their workforce in the current economic climate, they wanted to offer a multifaceted approach to giving.
