There are two strands of the fund: the Digital Support Strand, which will fund initiatives aiming to develop universal digital support for families; and the Supporting Diverse Families Strand, to fund proposals that will generate evidence about supporting families who may have additional stressors for conflict.

What is the RPC Programme?

The programme was announced as part of the government's 2017 Improving Lives: Helping Workless Families policy paper, which set out proposals to improve outcomes for disadvantaged children in workless families.

The programme seeks to equip providers of family services with tools to reduce conflict between parents or carers in order to improve outcomes for children.
