Employer: Wansdyke Play Association
Age: 29
Time in job: 18 months
Salary range: £10-£15 an hour

Angela Frankham works as a play ranger on the Community Play Rangers scheme that covers Bath and North East Somerset.

She works for Wansdyke Play Association as a roving ranger and travels around all the settings.

She does three sessions a week which run from 3.30pm to 6pm. Frankham and her fellow play rangers put on various activities such as arts and crafts, cooking and games at the sessions which are all held outdoors in parks and open spaces.

She says: "If someone is sick or on holiday, I will cover a session or I give extra support at a session if there are issues with any of the children such as bullying, or if there are projects that need more staff, such as one we ran where we built go-karts."
