Attraction to problem solving

When people find out how many roles I have had, they also question how many lives I have lived, such is the variety I have been fortunate to have experienced.

Gravitating to roles that involve people and learning about what makes them “tick” has been a key feature, except for my first role at age 13 potting fuchsias in a cold shed.

From prison officer to retail/hospitality and 10 years as an Army reservist, I always want to tackle the “problem”, be that a worried inmate, a stressed husband looking for a gift for his wife or how to navigate a team off a cold hillside.
