Review of the year against poverty

The latest issue of Children in Scotland magazine talks with the leader of the Scottish Conservative Party, Annabel Goldie, who is preparing her team for the forthcoming Scottish Parliament elections.

There is also a review of last year's European Year Against Poverty to assess the difference it has made and a chance to hear about some of the barriers facing young people trying to enter training and employment.

The issue also explores why it is so important to bring nature back in to Scottish playgrounds and follows one mother's journey to getting the right information about her daughter's diagnosis of additional needs.
