The National Youth Agency: Exploring transport solutions conference
Tuesday, September 16, 2008
The National Youth Agency, in conjunction with the CTA, is presenting a one-day conference to explore the key role of transport in delivering the Aiming High agenda.
Feedback from young people has shown that a lack of safe, reliable or affordable transport is one of the biggest barriers to young people's participation in positive activities.
Access to Positive Activities: Transport Solutions for Young People takes place on Wednesday 29 October 2008 in Manchester and will explore the key issues faced by young people when using public transport; identify solutions that meet young people's needs; and explore young people's involvement in the planning and delivery of public transport.
