Before I moved to the Foyer Federation's Ross Foyer accommodation, I lived in Hereford with my family.
I used to argue with my mum and dad all the time and fight with my older brother. It was at this point that I started to sofa surf at friends' houses. Then I found out about Herefordshire Supported Housing for Young People Project.
Since I moved to the foyer I have done cooking sessions, painting and boxing. I completed the funding application form for the youth advisory board and also helped my case worker do a laughter workshop for adults with learning disabilities.
The staff there helped me to get on to the Prince's Trust's 12-week training course. It is designed to help young people gain confidence and become more employable.
