NCB Now: Extended schools conferences

VCS Engage is holding a series of free conferences to support the role of voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in delivering the extended schools programme.
Celia Watson, VCS Engage programme manager, said: "There is an opportunity for VCS organisations to become a key delivery partner in the extended schools agenda and play a significant role in delivering additional services."
These conferences will offer practical advice on how to work with schools and local authorities and will provide the opportunity to meet with key shapers of the extended schools programme.
The conferences are being held in February in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester.
