SEND Improvement Plan: brief overview and initial reaction

On 29 March 2022 the Department for Education issued the SEND Review; Right Support, Right Place, Right Time green paper.  

After much anticipation on 2 March 2023 the DfE issued its SEND Improvement Plan: An initial overview. It boldly states: "It is time to deliver a more dignified experience for children and young people with SEND and to restore families’ confidence in the system.”
