Reform Ofsted to focus on improving outcomes

In its Short Guide to Regulation the National Audit Office states: “Regulation is used to protect and benefit people, businesses and the environment and to support economic growth.” So, when there are calls for the abolition of Ofsted, I fall into the “be careful what you wish for” camp.
