Praise for Scottish legal challenge over gender recognition reform

Youth organisations have praised the Scottish government’s plans to challenge the UK government’s block of Scotland’s gender recognition reform bill, which would change the requirements needed for a person to obtain a gender recognition certificate in Scotland.
