A 26m pound justice centre, which will include police, courts, youth offending and probation services is to be built in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
Work on the one-of-a-kind centre will begin in May and it is hoped it will be finished by July 2010.
John Burbeck, senior officer at Warwickshire Police, said: "The centre will be the first in the country where all of the justice agencies, including crown courts, will be co-located. This will improve public access to services and support for victims in a unique environment."
The centre, funded by the government and national justice agencies, will also house the Crown Prosecution Service and victim and witness support services.
