School uses plane as classroom

When I read about the school that had bought an aeroplane to use as a classroom I did think maybe it was an April Fool a day early, but someone's gone to a lot of trouble faking photos if that is the case.
What I love about this story is that it was all down to consulting the children. Teachers asked the children what kind of outdoor classroom they wanted and they said "an aeroplane" - and rather than going "ho ho, cute answer, what we meant was do you want the decor to be blue or green?" the school actually made it so.
How much more exciting is an aeroplane than the mobile classrooms we used to call "demantables" for some reason ("children, please go to the demantable for your 11-plus practice") - in fact, it has just occured to me while Googling the word that it was our Essex accent interpretation of "demountable" - well, you learn something new every day.
I haven't come across Creative Partnerships before, which is the organisation behind the consultation, but it looks cool.
