NYA Update: Last chance to have your say on Institute for Youth Work

There are only a few days remaining to have your say on the potential for an Institute for Youth Work.

Since the beginning of June, youth workers, students and practitioners at all levels have provided formal feedback through the online survey on proposals, developed by the NYA’s education and training standards committee, on the potential form and function of a body that would promote quality youth work and secure standards for ethical youth work practice.

The exploration into the potential for a body for the youth work sector is being undertaken by the National Youth Agency as part of its work with the NCVYS-led Catalyst consortium.

The consultation will close on 31 July 2012.
