NCB has joined forces with UK Youth and Business in the Community to deliver a programme that will bring businesses closer together with the youth sector.
Called United Futures, the programme will run initially for 15 months and aims to make it easier for youth organisations and businesses to develop initiatives that support young people in local areas.
United Futures will promote the variety of ways in which businesses can support young people through work placements, volunteering, mentoring and the donation of products, services or
money.
The NCB research centre will publish a report in the spring mapping current levels of business engagement with the youth sector.
