Youth Work: Government promises to support black young men

The government has promised to do more to support black young men in its response to an independent report.

The Reach report, published in August, said if young black men were encouraged to fulfil their potential the economy would benefit to the tune of £24bn over the next 50 years. The government said it plans to form a group of 20 national role models who will tour England to speak to black young men.www.cypnow.co.uk/doc.
