Independent fostering service provider manager: 32,000-40,000 (East Kent)

Foster carer recruiter and trainer (London): 32,016-34,572

Family placement social worker (Oxfordshire): 23,313-31,434

Team leader, voluntary sector (Merseyside): 22,500-28,100

The assistant director is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of a fostering service for "difficult to place" children. The family placement officer in Oxfordshire is responsible for recruiting, training and supporting foster carers. The team leader will develop a short-term break service.
