Workplace: It's not the money, But ... Family courts

The family court advisor is there to ensure that children's views are heard in family court hearings. The job requires a diploma in social work and at least three years' experience in child-focused social work.

The service manager requires at least five years' experience, includingtwo years of supervisory experience. The lawyer will be charged withproviding legal advice to a council and must be a solicitor orbarrister.

The pay and reward manager is based in Cafcass's Londonheadquarters.
